Very friendly but no experience, all paperwork done prior to pick wasn’t accessible. Took a hour to pick up vehicle. Also I had to switch over trailers myself.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTerrible service. The cashier used my phone number to check me in and added an insurance charge that I didn't want. I was handed a scrap of paper with the trailer number on it and pointed to where the trailer would be parked. I could not lift the tongue so I had to ask for help. I was told I should have brought someone with me. There was nobody there to check to see if my lights worked. The trailer was parked in a very tight spot with a truck parked next to it. I was told not to hit anything. No help at all! If this was my first experience with U-Haul I would never use them again. The cashier should be fired. Rude, dismissive, and couldn't care less about his job.

BRUCE DCouldn’t understand most of what the guy was saying. They didn’t have the truck that I reserved. Which then we had to make two trips because we didn’t have enough room in a smaller truck and the big truck was way too big. He charged me for more miles than I went. And he charged me for 2 gallons of gas, which I already put gas in it and brought it where it was. I only went like 12 miles and put 2 gallons of gas in it and he charged me for 2 gallons of gas. I will never be going to this location again and will not recommend it to anyone.
Kirtlye WThis vehicle had a leaking gas tank that was not properly repaired prior to my rental. This put me in a very dangerous situation and wasted a day of my time . No compensation for the time and effort in having to drive 1.5 hours away for another rental. VERY disappointed.
