Did not like self pick up. I ended up calling because I was having trouble. The guy on the phone was polite, but it was very unhelpful not to have someone there.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTerrible miscommunication followed by over charging
Aidan LThe pick-up time was moved initially and then when I arrived at the changed time, the truck was not there. It took us a total of 2 hours to get our truck. The truck also had terrible shocks and the whole ride was very bumpy.
Alexandra BNot the location that I picked on line. No assistance available if there was a problem. Parked in the snow so it was difficult to take good pictures.
CHRISTOPHER SDifficulty in accessing keys for truck, utility dolly that I had rented was not in truck. Rude representative on phone, numerous bothersome text messages throughout rental.
