I tried to reserve online and I found the website to be very confusing. I wanted to figure out how to reserve a truck and book storage at my destination but couldn't figure out how to apply the one month free or what my options were in terms of locations near my new house "destination". I tried calling but was on an eternal hold. Ultimately, I went to the store closest to me for pick up and was helped. But the pricing was different than what I was able to find online, so that was frustrating The young man who helped me did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

I had a reservation on Sunday at 9:45 a.m and they was on time...it was sanitize and on a full tank and the lady(i forget her name) but the customer service couldn't get no better....she was awesome...thanks again...
In these uncertain and restrictive times, I appreciated the ability to communicate face to face with management and other personnel when the need arose. I accomplished the on-line check in at home, however I needed Matthew on hand to assist with the return of the equipment. As a techno dinosaur-- yes, I am !!-- I could not get my cell to communicate with the web-site's self check in process. As I expected, all was resolved to my complete Plus satisfaction 125%. Excellent service and communication from this location!!! Thank you so much!! The website, on the other hand is jacked up. It kept changing locations on me when I went back in to check on my details. Also, it kept trying to add accessories to my order and changing my pick up time.
Your check on online process is very misleading. Although I completed everything online and went through the process once I arrived, I still had to go inside and wait while the associate basically did everything over again. Had I know that I would have just used the option of doing everything in store.

Need more people at the store. Was very busy and only one person working the counter for both checkin and return. Both times the employee was very stressed and overwhelmed. Long wait both times.

My reservation got changed and I had to drive 25 miles out of the way to pick up trailer. Not a seamless process at all nor was the price reasonable. Will not rent from U-Haul again.

I had Ordered a dolly to pick up with my U-Haul truck and was not in the back of the truck. Also the truck drove terribly. The next day after driving the truck my hands were swollen due to the fact I had To hold the steering wheel super tight or it would not drive straight . The steering wheel had to be held diagonal in order for the truck to drive straight. If I ever Move, I will Not be using U-Haul again.

Person behind the desk was not engaging. I rented the van and used it for an hour at most. Ended up costing over $50 bucks! Signs are misleading rent for $19 . What a racket !

Was given the address to the wrong entrance by uhaul. Came to a gate in a hill with a trailer with no place to backup. Waited for 30 minutes for U-Haul to contact location to open gate. I finally got out of the truck to walk to the key code box and found the number of the rude GM Sharon. When I finally got the code (out of the truck) the gate closed before I could get back in my truck. Put the code in again and the gate was closing as I was trying to go through. The employee stopped a golf cart in front of me and ran into the building. I waited another 15 minutes for her to return. She was rude, did not try to diffuse the situation at all. Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul, and I have used you a lot in the last 2 years.
