I dropped the truck off Sat afternoon (Blackstone Automotive was closed at this time). So my experience was a self drop-off via the U-Haul app.

Customer service/help Is terrible at this location. They couldn't answer any questions, and tried to get me to go to other places to rent. Seemed like I was bothering them . Forced me to use the app. Very poor customer service
DANIEL GMake it clear that selecting a pickup time after hours is only good for the 1 hour leading up to that time. If you're going to be later than that time, modify the reservation.
