Initially there was no one there and no indication of how to contact anyone for drop off. Eventually someone showed up.

Terry MThis was my first experience renting a U-Haul. A few verbal instructions would have been appreciated such as filling the vehicle up with fuel upon returning. I understand they give you the contract but I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to read it. Just sign here…. Otherwise, It all turned out great. Very pleasant experience!!

Calvin BI selected that personnel was not helpful simply because we had no interaction with anyone as they were “closed” on Sundays and we utilized the drop box. At some point between pickup of the u-haul truck and the next day my drop off location was changed without any notice. Luckily I looked at the app before taking it to the drop off location I had chosen when setting up the reservation. I called to find out what to do because we had to return it on Sunday and not Monday because of work schedule. The location they changed it to was “closed” on Sundays and did not state that they had a drop box for the keys. The guy I talked to was really nice and helped me to the fullest extent he could. In the end it all worked out. I am not happy with my drop off location being changed without any prior notice or a phone call asking if it was ok.
