I can't answer questions as to this location because the day before i was to pick up was called and told they didn't have the truck i rented and i could pick up at another store, 40 miles away! Was informed that U hauls reservations were not actually "confirmed reservations". Will never use gal again! And no, I would not recommend U-Haul to a friend, in fact i tell everyone about this experience.

Heath RNapa employee was not trained on U-Haul system. Was only employee in store and took almost a 1/2hr for him to fumble his way around the system to get trailer checked out.
James HNothing to do with Napa but u-haul denied my rental at first and then took time for Napa to get it fixed so that I could rent the furniture dolly. U-Haul only had my phone number correct, my name was spelled wrong and my drivers license wasn’t even close to mine, thank god Napa kept working to resolve the problem because I was out of town in a small city which I had drive a long way to get to so I would have been screwed if I wasn’t able to get my rental
