We did the digital after hours checkin. The gate was locked so we left the truck outside the property parked at the front gate. There were no instructions as to where to leave it, but that was the only place. Communication could have been better.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything was great EXCEPT The app and website for checking in the trailer. The app would not load and the website was slow and unusable. Was not able to use the app or automated process. The on site personnel had to check the trailer in through their system. That whole process took almost an hour. That was unsatisfactory.
Andres PGreat experience - Outlaw Equipment Rental is professional, efficient and friendly!
Judy HI had tried to reserve a furniture dolly, and the onliine reservation system registered that request, but the location did not have one available
