Had a major mix up at the frank nix flooring location in taylorsville KY and had to get a truck from Bloomfield KY other than that the service was spot on.

Amanda WThis location and the owners of the store are great. It's uhaul itself
JAMES HReally nice store owner, and absolutely love the online U-Haul app. The app is fantastic!
adam lMade my reservation for 9am and got the confirmation email but when I arrived at the location they told me I would have to wait another hour before I could get the truck. Total hassle. Idk if it’s the fault of the location or U-Haul overall.
