Fidel RI wanted the toy holler and booked a reservation for it upon my arrival. I was told that I can go ahead and hook it up. I’m not used to hooking up these halls up to my car usually U-Haul does it for me when I went to go install the toy hauler. It was in the grass and buried deep. I could not lift it to put it on my car. It was a good 6 inches away from my hitch buried into the ground. I had walked back inside and let them know what had happened. They told me I can pick up a different piece of equipment I did that and this equipment was the only equipment that they had left and I needed to move. Same day. I had to dig the 5 x 9 trailer out of the ditch to put it on my vehicle thankfully one of the employees helped me keep the trailer from rolling back so I can put it on my car and pull it out of the ditch but still putting the U-Haul on my vehicle was different and difficult compared to any other experience with U-Haul. I do want to clarify. and say that it’s not 100% on the employees of this location. It was two older women. and one of them even said what were they supposed to do at their age? overall, the experience wasn’t great, but it wasn’t even the employees fault
Andrew DThey knew nothing about what they were doing first trailer had a broken light. Changed me to a unit 2 times the size which is whatever. Promised that I’d get refunded for the day I wasn’t going to use. They just weren’t giving good information
Chelsa GNo issues with the vendor. I did notice alot of vibration on the road for the short time I was traveling locally. Seemed like a tire or rim possibly since it was rhythmic. I let the vendor know about this. Otherwise no problems. Thanks, Vann Causey
