When I made the reservation online, I asked to return to the tire place in town on Josh Hall road. Uhaul instead sent me to this random roadside place that added 5 miles and $5 to the final price, several miles outside of town.

The location was closed at drop off but it was easy and Mr Weeks always helps when needed.
matt bThe locks were all rusted and difficult to open. The key was in the wrong box and the drop box was locked shut and rusted.
Alexandra DTerrible experience. If it’s able to be avoided I would never rent another Uhaul. The battery died twice, the AC didn’t work, and the gas cap didn’t stay on. Miss Holly with Uhaul customer support is the only reason I hasn’t declined to pay yet.
David HWeeks Tire is a great location I drove and paid for extra mileage and extra gas in order to do business with this location over Blue Ridge Tire, after they (BRT) overdrafted my bank account twice in one month because they didn't check in requirement and I got charged three extra days for s truck I had for eight hours. After my interaction with Weeks Tire, I will now be taking all my tire business there as well. Very efficient, friendly service.
