I chose to pick up at the facility and not online. When I got there no one was there, called the number no one answered. Called again later and go all but cussed out for bothering him on a holiday weekend I was told to call the 1800 to get my uhaul. So I did about 45 min mater I finally had the keys to go after being at the facility for over an hour to pick it up. I didn't not have the app or good cell service that's why I chose to pick up in person. Then I get inside and it only has 1/4 tank of gas so I have to go put fuel in it. I our $50 to ge to 1/2 a tank and returned it with 1/2 tank. I didn not get credit for what gas I put in that was more than I left with. The lady from uhual was very helpful after spending 45 min on the phone with me. However it was hot and took way too long to get the uhaul so I'll never do business with uhaul again. I returned the unit hours early and no credit for early return or any credit for putting more fuel in it or spending over an hour in the heat waiting to get the keys to it. NEVER again will I use them.

Ryan HNo because the guy who runs the place took , $100 cash deposit an only used $66 in charges an didn't return money. He then sent a email saying I still owed him ask me to come pay or was gonna prosecute me
