Go back to the flat rate for in town rental. The amount of miles I drove used to be covered understand the flat rate daily rental, but I had to pay per mile. I had to pay 3-4 times as much because of having to pay per mile when I was staying in town.

Maliyah MWhen I arrived much of the stuff I had to do could have been done during reservation. I had to give 3 phone number and it was 6 in morning you calling these people I didn't care for that
Michael RThe process for taking the key out was a pain in the rear and I had to call for someone to come help me
SHERI SThe website was ridiculous to use, we put gas in it when we brought it back and was told it was charging an 60$ for gas. Ridiculous. I will never rent a uhaul again or recommend to anyone.
