Everything was great ! Only thing I'd say is the uhaul ran a bit rough. Sometimes going over 4k rpms before finally shifting. May want to have transmission flushed or looked at. Other than that it was very smooth! Merci encore!Kody M.

Truck ran rough on way home to load. Found big hole in top of cargo from tree branch wreck. Had to patch it myself so rain wouldnt have flooded in and possibly ruin keepsakes on a 600 mile trip. Before leaving to destination, checked oil and it was 2 quarts low. Had to stop to get oil and do what UHAUL maintenance people should have. Truck engine ran bad enough at any speed below 55 MPH, therefore using more fuel than it should have. The truck also seemed to wander on the road more than it should've. Maybe the overlooked previous renters tree collision caused more damage than a 3 inch hole. I'm glad we made it to our destination despite the lack of attention to a vehicle by UHAUL..
we went to pick up the truck at our original location and the truck was not there and had to go to this location to find one. you might let your customers know ahead of time that the rental wasn't even thereDave S.
For uhaul as a whole and not this location specifically... Stop charging per mile... It's definitely the last time I plan to use uhaul solely for the overpriced sense of it.Todd B.

Everything was great. Being able to return the UHaul after hours and put the keys in the drop box was very convenient and appreciated. Having a dolly and moving blankets there in the truck in case we needed them was beneficial.Zab B.
I was supposed to get a dozen of the moving/furniture blankets. When they were given to me they were bundled up in plastic bags and I didn't realize I needed to verify how many were there. When I went to pack things up realized there were only 9 blankets.Carol T.
Tell customers in advance that the equipment they reserved was NOT AVAILABLE (hours after scheduled pick up time), send to different town, inform us that we can return to a closer location, then 5 minutes before return tell us that's not possible .... Talk to rude customer service rep who obviously doesn't care when you say you will never use their company again .... I did receive a call back to help smooth some of this out but poor service over allTERESA N.
