This location was centrally located, the truck cab was clean and the truck ran very well. The cargo area had a layer of dirt that we had to sweep prior to putting furniture in the back to move.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe key drop box was not locked so I wasn't able to leave the key when I returned the turn during a time when the business was not open. It was a bit of a hassle to have to drive back over and call the office to communicate the issue on a Sunday evening after moving all day but not a huge deal.
Laurel SWhen I Picked the truck up it was dirty the windows were nasty, they could have washed it, and the inside floor was so dirty was not happy that I had to drive something so dirty
Shauna BHidden fees for miles that were not well communicated before the rental. Poor mobile phone experience.
STEFAN GBe clear about the limited mileage. It was a VERY unpleasant surprise to owe an additional $90 was owed.
