I reserved a 26 ft truck a month in advance, along with a furniture dolly and appliance dolly. The day before our move I got an email saying the truck we reserved was not available. There also was no furniture dolly. When I called customer service there was no apology, no explanation why the equipment was unavailable, and no attempt made to make it right.

Rhett RReserving online was a snap. Getting the actual truck from this site left me frustrated and upset. The directions sent to my phone were all but impossible to read outside the place, in the sunlight. Took almost an hour to get thru the small print and follow the directions. I would never ever again pick up from an unmanned site.
