There was no person on site, and to obtain the keys we had to telephone the office we made the booking with to then obtain another telephone number as the lady who answered our first call had no idea who to give us the instructions to open the lock box, as the area has very poor WiFi coverage, and the office was closed, as it was a Sunday
FRANCIS HThe truck seems like it needs a tuneup. It gets terrible gas mileage. Easy pickup and return. Would rent from here again.

JUSTIN Ci contacted the location to let them know that i went an entire day without being able to use the cargo van because one of the speakers in the van was making a loud screeching noise and i even had to park it in a hotel parking lot until road side assistance who took 8 hours to get there did. i was NOT refunded the amount and im very upset and would like someone to contact me
