The Mobile App for pick up and drop off was a problem . Technical issues with Uhaul, not Gaps Automotive. I think if the APP would have worked it would have been seemless.

Cab hat, sticky spills in the cupholders seats and floor. Location had political postings in the lobby.

john cthe trailer is old. He had to repair electrical connector on trailer. One side marker light was out. The wheel studs/lug nuts were rusted so bad it would have been hard to change tire. This shows little to no regular maintenance. Not Gaps fault.
WILLIAM L1. The furniture pads I requested weren't in the truck. 2. The padlock was difficult to use. 3. I was supposed to pick the truck up in Sedalia, MO.
