The employee was nice and helpful. However, there was almost no internet connection at the location. There was some trash in the vehicle when I picked it up.

Check in process is very aggravating. Trying to get checked in at same time other conv. store customers are checking out is an annoying. Dropped off trailer after hours AS INSTRUCTED By store owner since there was another reservation for it early next day. I was still charged an extra day and had to go through the hassle of getting a refund. All of my future trailer rental needs will be done with private owners and independent equipment rental businesses. Setting up a rental online before going to pickup does not in any way streamline the process.

OBED PDon’t let them rent u hauls. I told them the mileage and they told me their location had to hold at least 50 miles. The transaction was then processed for$100.00 when clearly it was under that total. I returned the truck before the due time and the clerk took the keys and told me I could go. I explained that i needed a receipt and that could not happen until they checked the truck, mileage, and gas. Reluctantly he went out and did his job. I believe that renting from this location is an inconvenience to them, as I was constantly asked to move away from the counter during my transaction so they could wait on “customers”. What exactly was I?
