There is likely criminal activity taking place at this hotel drop off location, twice we have dropped of trucks here, and when you pull around the back of the hotel parking lot, gathered people start to scatter. Additionally, the proprietors tried to scam us and with a very large fraudulent charge several days after the drop off thinking we would not check the updated invoice. U-Haul is ruining their reputation using this Super 8 hotel as a drop-off location.

The young Lady @ the front desk was Excellent!!! She went above & Beyond her job!! Had problems with the computer but when returned the U-Haul she called got help & straightened things out with my account. She needs a raise😉
