I did not receive the furniture pads nor dollys. I’d like a refund, please.

Jonathan CI paid for furniture pads and did not receive them. The business was closed when I picked up so there was nobody to talk to about it. I would recommend picking up during business hours so that you can get all that you paid for.
Kathleen Ki dropped off while location was closed. There were no personnel there... so "helpful" does really apply. There were a LOT of cars there. Trying to find a place to drop the truck was really difficult!
