My experience with U-Haul was a very good one. I downloaded the app and scheduled a rental for a tow hauler. I had no problems and I will definitely use this company again.

ROSEMARIE PReserved a utility trailer from a Stpetersburg Fl location a few days before I was supposed to pick it up but when I got there they said they do not have one that is a one way rental even though they had one on the lot but they would not let me have that one because it wasn’t a one way rental. They told me that a person would call me later that day to find the closest store that had one. I didn’t get a call until the next morning. They told me they had one 35 miles away that I could pick up. Needless to say I only had a total of two days while I was in town to get everything taken care of before I had to return home from another state. So I would recommend that certain U-Haul facilities be updated or retrained how your system operates.
