Everything went great. I can not think of anything to improve. Maybe U-haul sign on front of store? I did not realize this place is U-haul franchise till I looked on Google map.

They provided a clean, almost new van. I had to extend my rental contract a few times, which uhaul always worked out for me. Of course, the thing that all uhaul locations are known for is that if you get the insurance coverage, your total charge will be 3 times the advertised daily rate for the vehicle. But that isn't a criticism of this particular uhaul location. I have rented a lot of uhaul vehicles in my day, and the people working here were very nice and got me on the road quickly. A much better than average business.
Peter AThe gas station employees had no idea how to complete the reservation on their end. The trailer wasn't ready to pick up and was sticky inside. The employees didn't help to hook up the trailer or check the lights. After showing me the trailer they simply walked away. This is obviously a safety concern as not everyone knows how to attach a trailer and check the lights properly.
