The manager of this location is absolutely stellar, he was beyond helpful. I will never go anywhere else if I need to rent a vehicle.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was my second time renting in a few days, I underestimated how much I had. The counter person Bill was very helpful and courteous.. helped me with all my needs and directions also
Anthony RMr. Bill, the gentleman at the counter was very helpful, kind and courteous, a great employee to have and a real nice guy
Anthony RThe $19,99 rate you show in your advertising isn't true; I ended up paying more than $80. Don't lie.
David ZHad a schedule pickup for 8:30am. Got there and was virtually greeted, lady was very nice. Problem was the truck reserved for happened to be the only truck where the keys were not put where they were supposed to be so I had to leave and return 30 min later when an employee was actually going to show up for work, go figure. Running a business myself, being on time is important. People schedule their days, have appointments, meetings. This pushed everything scheduled back 30 min causing me to rush around the entire day. This review would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for this.
