Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything is good well maintained
Arshdeep GBox from previous rental inside trailer & app shutdown before pictures of interior could be taken. Truck is otherwise in good condition aside from aforementioned engine light being on .
OPEYEMI AEverything for me to travel is great with U-haul truck and didn’t have any problem so far.Thank yoy.
gurinder jThe U-Haul van I rented was dirty inside, with garbage, old clothes hangers, and used paper towels left behind. There was also a strong gasoline smell that made the drive very uncomfortable. Loud wind noise from the window made it sound as though we were on an airplane. It was difficult to communicate with my passengers, and the noise became worse on the highway. I noticed these issues as soon as I reached the highway and could not return immediately, so I called your centre to complain. I was advised to contact roadside assistance. Although the van was drivable, the experience was extremely unpleasant. I returned the van the same day, even though I had rented it until the following day and still needed it to continue moving. I recommend thoroughly cleaning, inspecting, and test-driving your vehicles before renting them out. This experience has left me very reluctant to rent from U-Haul again.
