Service was exceptional. Location a bit of a challenge due to train blocking Williams Parkway for an hour, and construction preventing turn onto road that would have made access quicker and easier. Running lights did not work on trailer. Had to drive in snow storm, at night with hazards on...only complaint.

When I came to pick up a van, there was a bunch of snow on windschield glass. As they know it is reserved to pick up, vehicle must be clean before customer arrive.

i use rental trucks for my business. i booked my truck online for 6 hours and spouse to pick truck Wednesday 10am and i got call 7:30am that you can pick truck at 11 am. then i got call at 11am that you need to be 11:10am or we going to cancel your reservations (i was already in parking lot) so when i reached inside there is already other customer front of me and she told me to wait!. i had to wait almost 1 hour in office because the lady on desk was rude with other customer. i got my truck at 12:20 pm and my paid crew was waiting. and lady told me you have to bring truck back before 5pm? not even 6 hour. not going this location or renting u-haul for my business ever.

Agent was told me truck is clean and no damage. When i was loading i saw the inside body was leaking with water. My stuff is damaged..

Extremely bad smelling vehicle. This is my second time and had the same experience. The vehicle smells of horse transportation. The pickup office is I'll kept and no one would ever pick up the phone. The front door most of the time locked.

After my booking I got a call that my pickup location is changed. My pick up time was 12 pm and I reached there 12:40 and they said truck is not back yet it took approx 20 min to them to figure out what to do ( even I had a pre booking). The truck alignment was out and it was hard to control the steering beacuse of that. First time had a bad experience with U- haul.

The service agent was very friendly and helpful. We found the on line drop off process a little confusing but it was our first time. We are sure it will go much better next time around.

No more U-Haul, switching my preference to Discount. U-Haul changed my conformation 3× times in few hours. Secondly they gave me pick up location 30 kms away in total. Even though they gave me better ratings per kilometer, still i had to pay for the extra kilometers and extra gas. Lastly, the truck i rented felt like it will break down anytime.

Consider having a mobile holder. When I dropped off the vehicle there was no officil confirmation about my return. All I had was a verbal statement from the representative saying I am all good to go. Which leaves me in a state of confusion as I am still responsible for the vehicle. Representative was well behaved. Overall experience was great. I will definitely comeback and recommend U haul

Originally booked at east drive...confirmed reservation 24 hrs prior... arrived and no truck. Got sent here sat in a sketchy office and got my truck... had to load up my rental equipment that I got from the dealer as well dolly and furniture pads.. no inspection done by the dealer prior to giving me keys and was parked in a spot... had to do a 40 point turn to get out of the spot.. worst pickup place ever

I am extremely dissatisfied from the service at this location. A few hours after I received my invoice by email, I noticed I was charged a service fee of $30 plus $13 of additional gas, even though I left the car with more than the same amount of gas that I had received it with. I called the location immediately and the person picked up and said “we are closed now”. I was surprised they would pick up their phone if they were closed and didn’t want to hear from a customer. He told me to go ahead and I explained the situation to him. He said I didn’t fill up the gas to the 1/4 tank mark, which I did. At this point it was a he said she said situation so I told him I had a receipt showing I put gas in the car immediately before returning it, and that I would email that to him. He said he would send me a photo of the gauge when he received the car back (which he didn’t send). I followed up with these 2 emails: Email #1 Here is the receipt showing the gas that I put into the uhaul right before returning it. Your guide indicated to put 11L in it, and as you can see I put 11.477L just to be safe. See the time on the gas bill and you can check your cameras for the time I returned the car, to see that I put gas in it right before returning it. It was at a 1/4 tank before returning it (despite the fact that, when I picked it up, it was slightly under a 1/4 tank but I didn’t want to quibble abot a few litres of gas) Despite this evidence I have been charged $13.04 for fuel plus a $30 service fee. I trust this will be reversed? Thanks Email #2 The other reason that the invoiced amount doesn't make sense is that you have charged me for 7.6L of additional gas. (Because the charge is $13.04 and the rate of gas you would charge per the contract is $1.72 / L). But your invoice (which I deem is incorrect) shows that I had returned it at a tank level that was 3/16 full. If that is the case (which it wasn't), then how could I be charged for 7.6L of gas, when your own fuel estimator says I would only need to put in 5L of gas to get it back to 1/4 full? Clearly something is off with your invoice according to your own documents. I appreciate your review of this matter. I have heard nothing back. I hope I will receive a response as I have been overcharged by $43.
