Abhra SIt was the most disgusting car I’ve ever driven in my life; the floor was covered with food scraps and trash, and there was a disgusting smell of food. I couldn’t breathe when I got inside, so I tried to get rid of the smell by spraying deodorant. I took care of my business, but all my belongings ended up smelling like that disgusting food. Then I went to return it, but the shop was closed and there was no lockbox. I spent half an hour trying to reach you, and when I finally did, I left the key behind the rear tire. It was an unbelievably ridiculous and disgusting experience. It was revolting that the car—which I paid $20 to rent plus $1 per kilometer—was in such terrible condition. But here’s the bad news for you: even though the car was brand-new with only 9,000 kilometers on it, it was as dirty as if it had 200,000 kilometers on it.
Mustafa YNo drop off box for the keys has to travel to another location to drop off for after hours, Complete waste of time should mention it beforehand online.
JASKARAN SSystems never work. A 2 minute transaction turns in to 40 minutes. Need to fix instore system and app.
