I arrived to pick up the u-haul trailer. The extra stuff ordered (blankets etc..) were not available. Trailer was not cleaned. There was a female sanitary napkin in the trailer. We were re-routed to a different pick up location. Disappointed.

Very friendly staff When I hooked up the trailer, it was completely covered in mud. The agent had me pull up and they washed it. I feel like this is something that should’ve happened before the customer picks up. Also, one of the trailer lights was broken, and wires were hanging. I was told to tell the next guy at the drop off location so they can fix.

Jitendra PLocation had no idea they were reviving equipment. Had to call U-Haul so they didn’t charge me oneu otherwise would have revived charges. Also charged unknowing cleaning charges whilst unit was in good condition.
