The baddest experience i ever had Manager was not there They too my 4 hours and told me to come back I was 70km away And the person in sight doesn't know how to process the check in I did it And the you guys too extra money from me

CHARLENA GI was kicked out of their establishment after voicing my concern about not having what I ordered ready, no moving blankets and no dolly. One of the tires needed to be replaced and I had to call roadside assistance. I did offer apologies for being very upset , but manager kicked me out because I swore. So my daughters move was temporarily postponed. The man working the counter spoke very poor English. I waited in their business for an hour prior to being kicked out. It was a horrible experience
MICHAEL HPay more attention to the costumer…. I was waiting for the costumer service representative to do my stuff and some other ones different than mine at the same time, wasted time waiting for him and there is not much space for u-haul equipment, very tight place…. NOT RECOMMENDED for people who can’t manoeuvre in limited space.
