Norman Green was not at the location the day of pickup. Unfortunately he had to go to the emergency room. Completely understandable. One of Norman Green's workers was able to get me in touch with a u-haul employee named Corey. He was not very professional in my opinion and rude. He should go through training again or let go. Drop off went very smooth. Stephanie was awesome! U-haul needs more employees like Stephanie.

Excellent service. Absolutely recommend. Equipment was clean and well maintained.
TERRY MOnly issue was with the drop box for keys being broken. Great service from on site representative and Mr Green was very helpful. He made the whole process as painless as possible. Truck was nice and was a lifesaver for moving our belongings. It would probably be helpful for other drivers to have more marker lights on the side of the truck. I’m used to driving large trucks since I have class A CDL’s but your average person would probably benefit in turns with being able to know where the sides of the truck are in a dark setting. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience. First time using a U-Haul to move but now, I won’t do it any other way!
