During drop off app can't showing error on haul end so couldn't look at drop off details called customer service and it was a 3 hr wait time it was already 7 pm in the after noon so I took it to the local uhaul office in evergreen to try to figure out how to drop it off correctly well no luck it said check vehicle clean gas the same as when it was picked up and drop the keys and they charged me 348 dollars for there faulty communication lanes

charlie hPut a sign on the door stating this is a U-Haul Place. It is in between two buildings and having to walk between the two buildings at the U-Haul’s are at in the rain when you’ve already made the reservation days before and selected the button to do it on the app and now you’ve gotta find a building is almost worth canceling the whole thing
