The truck was great and the guy working in the gas station was awesome! The U-Haul app sucks the big one though.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI dropped off during off hours and the people that were helping me online did not do good. The lady the following day actually helped me out and got things done.
EISHI KMarathon employee had to call some other person and we discussed the transaction over the phone. It felt very unprofessional. The employees did not explain the UhAul was a LOCAL only transaction. We told them we were traveling to North Carolina and would drop off there. They did not inform us we were due to return the truck back to the same location in Pennsylvania. This caused immense confusion and a fee being added after we returned. The inside of the cab was clean while the trailer was dirty. I understand this is typical but there were large gravel rocks throughout the trailer that were not swept out prior to us picking up the truck.
Kristin FIt could not have been any better. We picked up the truck, used it and dropped it off, no problems. The truck was clean, and in working order. I am also impressed with the gas mileage.
Michael SThe guy didn't know what the hell was going on when I got there it took like an hour to get the keys. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
