When I arrived was informed that the trailer I reserved was already reserved for someone else. I then was told I could take another but would cost more. The owner was no help, take it or leave it was how it was explained.
Tony T.The initial pickup location had technical difficulties where it was necessary to contact Uhaul and arrange another pickup location where all went more smoothly. The truck aws not clean interior or box but was able to use it for moving after sweeping out the box.
