Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI have dropped off before and it was really clear where to drop off. Had not one of the workers at the site happen to be driving out on an unrelated U-Haul task we would have thought the place was closed down. By the way, we didn’t drop at Oxford because they too appeared to have shut down.
Gregory FAllow a credit for early return; trailer was picked-up in Norwood, Massachusetts at 9:30 AM on Monday 9/14/26 and was not due back to Bridgton, Maine until 9:30 AM Wednesday. I no longer needed the trailer after getting to my home in Bridgton, so I was able to return it at 4:30 on Monday 9/14/26.
Charles MLack of customer service skills not very professional comes of a bit rude while communicating with you. Understand it’s a body shop but office could be cleaned an wiped down not very inviting.
Nichole JI was just really disappointed that you didn’t have an open Small trailer. I did get an enclosed one, but as I was moving an elliptical machine it was really really tough. That is nothing against the people that worked there. They were very accommodating very polite and I appreciated their help.
