Check In was easy. The truck was easy to get to and really clean. They were very friendly and helpful.

Place that I picked it up from was a mess, I had to wait for 2 hours to pick up the uhaul while talking to at least 10 people over the phone who had no idea how to do their job, got transferred back to back and then the location I was returning to did not know that I got 2 extra days and 45 extra miles and kept calling me. I will never use uhaul again. The entire experience was the worst customer service I’ve experienced and feel that I overpaid for tue extreme amount of trouble I went through.

Gregory II put $28 in gas as well as getting charged for gas, so not sure if I got charged twice. No big deal.
Marla AThere wasn’t any info on the app to get the key after hours. It took over an hour to finally get into the truck. I also was a little bummed that there was only half a tank of gas but I recognize that’s not the location’s fault.
