I have booked U-Haul at Commonwealth Ave location. The problem is that the system automatically change me to another location, which is N Beacon St. However, I don't get any email or notification. I only have an email confirm in Commonwealth location. So, I have to waste my time and gas to move to N Beacon location. When I arrive at the location they can't offer me any compensation.

This location was did not have my 10 foot rental when I arrived. They did not have any information on my reservation. I was called and emailed to go to this location the day before, because the Mass ave location did not have a 10 foot truck available.

I'm satisfied with the truck but the rental price was too high. I thought it was going to be less than $250 that I paid. Such a shame.

I returned my vehicle to the same attendant over an hour earlier than my reservation end time. The next day I received four calls throughout the day telling me that I needed to return the van immediately. Despite explaining that I had already returned the van at the correct time and location, none of the Uhaul representatives who called me were able to contact the location directly, and were only able to 'make a note' that I had returned it. I never received a call indicating that the process was closed after they realized the van was on their lot, or an apology for the repeated calls suggesting that I had inappropriately kept one of their vehicles. I will not use Uhaul for rental vehicles again after this experience.

I believe the person who helped me was Luis, and he was phenomenal. He made sure I had everything I needed, and when I returned the truck he made sure everything was in place and I was billed the correct amount.

The windshield was covered in squished bugs...drivable, but really annoying. Washing that windshield before pick up would have been helpful. Overall really great experience. Second time that I have rented from this location. I would definitely recommend

Check-out procedure absolutely worthless as we returned truck 30 min before deadline and took so long to finish check-out. Asked for odometer standing and claimed 100k usd initially.. why not ask for differential?

The employee who helped me yesterday was very knowledgeable on how everything worked. I neved rented before so i wasnt sure how everything worked. But the uhaul employee answered all my question and helped me out tremendous. My overal experience was 5 stars especially to this exact location and most importantly to the emoyee who helped me out. I would highly recommend this uhaul location to anybody who needs a good deal and who will receive excellent/superb customer service.

The employees charged me over $1800 for a six hour rental because of a careless mistake and made me go through to different call center calls to get my refund. I'm still waiting.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the truck was old and didn’t run well. The back door was rusty and difficult to open. Each time we opened the door, it jammed. It took several people to get the door open each time. The truck didn’t drive well either. It was jerky and felt like the emergency brake was partly on, but wasn’t. Next time, I would specifically request a newer truck.

I asked them to look for some property I lost and thought might be in the truck I dropped off. I asked if they could look in the truck cab for me. First the asked me to call back in 15 minutes, then when I called back they said they would look and call me back. I have not received a call back. What a run around.

There was no furniture pads or Dollie inside the truck Which made it a Little difficult to move some of the stuff out,,,,,,
