This place is actually horrible. They charged me for a surge charge when there was 15 vans outside waiting to be driven, and loads of keys on the door. Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention I rented a truck and they said it would be there, but when I got there they told me to come back at 1:30 PM. You should be paying me for wasting my time not double surge charging people while your staff facetimes friends at the front desk. Please get shut down immediately.CHRISTOPHER K.

You need to give advance notice if the equipment ordered is unavailable. I ordered a dolly and furniture pads with my 10' truck and they had none available and gave me no advance notice. In fact the attendant didn't even mention it until I discovered my truck was empty as I was pulling out of the lot. Employees can wear their masks over their noses. The trucks can be left with full tanks so I am not paying for other people's gas when I truly leave it full. My truck reservation at 37 river street in Waltham was totally screwed up so I had to head to this location 40 minutes into my reservation time.Ava B.

The staff looked over worked, spread thin and disengaged. The truck had the side mirror hung on with duct tape, the oil change indicator was on, the low pressure indicator light was on. The gas tank was not topped off and was indicated on the app to be filled. The pictures shown on the app where different than the condition of the truck, so I had to spend time retaking all of them. The mileage on the truck was incorrect as well. The truck did it's job, and the staff did not slow me up.JOHN S.

They did not inform everything clearly. I got charged $215 dollars. I thought some of it deposit I will get refunded but when I dropped of the track other person said to me it is final price it is crazy if knew it was that expensive I would've rented. There was a problem with my first choice in locations as a customer damaged the trailer and returned it late. Manny from Somerville called me early before my pickup to let me know there was a problem. He made it seamless so I could go pick it up at another location where I ran into a real credit to your organization. I'm sorry that I've forgotten his name but he was the manager of Brighton. Super guy and he helped me out with a wiring issue on my truck. That's right he helped me with my truck. He came up with a solution to my bad plug and got me going in minutes. Great company. Great people. Nice little trailer too. My go to guys for moving stuff. Thanks UHaul!Jonathan D.
