Reserved the truck for 8. Store didn't open until 9 though. Then I waited over 30 minutes in line to get the keys. Got my truck 1.5 hours late and had to pay the movers extra for the delay. Screw uhaul

I would make sure no one uses this location. The gentleman running the place was rude - he raised his voice and was completely uncooperative. I had to call customer service just to be able to resolve and leave his shop. I was warned by my mover that the folks that run that location are trouble and I saw why. This was my first experience with uhaul and based on this experience I will use Penske for the second half of my move next month.

Called after dropping the trailer off because i thought i may have left a box in it. Worker tells me i have to go down there and look for the item myself even after giving him the trailer number and description of the uniquely shaped box. Zero help whatsoever, im not going to drive 30 minutes when an employee could check for it in 2 seconds. Terrible customer service, makes me think home depot rental might be the better option next time

When I had questions as to why the final bill was more than expected, both the associate and manager were incredibly dismissive and annoyed that I’d be asking for more detail. The associate could not explain the details, and the manager was eager for us to move along and leave. I will never rent from this location again or recommend to family/friends.

Either post a Tow Zone sign, or tell your customers where to park, or DON'T TOW YOUR CUSTOMERS CARS!!!! Are you aware that Mass law requires you have a tow sign with the tow companies name posted? I will be reporting your negligence. Thanks for the $150 tow around the corner.

Should let customer know what kind of driver license can use for rent the truck especially in case of temporary driver license that Uhaul didn’t allowed to rent the truck

I had my car towed for parking in the spot where I took my van from. It wasn’t until after I returned that I realized it said “No Parking.” My fault, should have seen it. But the location had all of my contact information and there were PLENTY of open spaces. I provide business and instead of any sort of courtesy letting me know, I made a mistake, they tow me. Hard to imagine there isn’t some sort of kickback happening with the tow company. Just a really poor way to do business.

The majority of staff there save one employee was ABSOLUTELY RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and UNPROFESSIONAL!! The manager on shift there Luis Cardona Jr was quoted as saying "its the busy season theres nothing we can do about dirt inside the truck" also " you worry too much" when i complained about him charging the card on file despite me telling him and other staff that i came into the office to change my form of payment. Most everyone there had a disgusting attitude not just towards myself but i observed the same treatment of another customer where they were basically intimidated by an employee sitting outside that they'd asked a simple question to. This site is hurting uhauls image and i would NEVER return there to do business.

I was originally scheduled to pick up the truck in Waltham and received a phone call the day before telling me I had to go to Brighton. Apon arrival there was a line out the door at 9am with one women behind the desk, two other women showed up 20 minutes later and started talking inappropriately to each other. Finally after 45 minutes it was my turn and a gentlemen not in uniform was behind the counter and took over my representatives computer. You would never find this type of service at the Medford/Somerville location.
