There was a problem with my first choice in locations as a customer damaged the trailer and returned it late. Manny from Somerville called me early before my pickup to let me know there was a problem. He made it seamless so I could go pick it up at another location where I ran into a real credit to your organization. I'm sorry that I've forgotten his name but he was the manager of Brighton. Super guy and he helped me out with a wiring issue on my truck. That's right he helped me with my truck. He came up with a solution to my bad plug and got me going in minutes. Great company. Great people. Nice little trailer too. My go to guys for moving stuff. Thanks UHaul!

Overall, I had a very good experience. There were a couple of mixups with the online aspect (pre check-in got stuck and drop off got hung up on Location Services failure on my iPhone...took extra 15 mins to get through that). The van performed fine and was reasonably clean...one small clump of dirt but otherwise fine.

i rented a 20' truck on march 27 to be picked up on the 27th at 12 noon, when i got there {Somerville uhaul} the truck was dead, the agent removed a battery from another truck and installed it but it didn't start either, the agent asked me if i would take a 15' but none available ,then went to a 10' which i would have to wait 3 hours and was already 1:30 pm, after he found a 20' truck in Brighton ma. i went there and got the truck, so i paid for 24 hour rental but only had it for 3:45 hours so less than 4 hours and was told if i delivered after 7 pm it would cost me extra 20.00 dollars, now i lost 3 hours of moving time i travel more miles which i was charged for and had to really run like crazy besides i had 4 man at 20.00 dollars an hour = 80.00 times 3 hours that i lost = 240.00 , i think i lost with this deal big time and if i don't hear from u haul with some kind of offer i'll take my business elsewhere and give u haul a bad review, this wasn't the first time but not as bad, thank you Nelson Ferreira

The mobile check in process stopped connecting to my phone, and the employees couldn't help due to the way your system is set up, since I had already initiated the check in process. The employees themselves were extremely friendly and tried to help in any way they could, but the mobile check in shouldn't be an isolated workflow. If we had not been able to connect, we would have had to cancel my reservation and re-write a contract. The employee also mentioned that the mobile check in can take up to 45 mins. The site gets 5 stars for the employees and truck availability, but the mobile check in gets 0.

Honestly this is the best location I've dealt with. They're quick, efficient and the trucks & equipment are always clean and in great working condition. The manager, Isaiah does a phenomenal job and I can say the same for the rest of the staff. Christian who I've encountered with on the weekends has great customer service, well-mannered and very knowledgeable

The experience was great but I'm just not sure about the extra $50 rental charge and why that wasn't added into the estimate. Could someone help me to figure that out? It seems excessive after paying a rental fee, mileage fee and gas fee. A bit concerning.

Excellent customer service. The staff answered all my questions patiently and professionally when I picked up the truck. I was 30 mins late to return the truck and was charged two periods. After explaining what happened to truck, they waived my extra charge. The whole process was easy and quick!

I booked a truck at a particular location. However, the day of pickup, that location was closed and no one was responding to the phone. It took me 40min to get a hold of someone on the phone and figure out that the pickup location was changed to another one. I got told that the change in pickup location was communicated to me by leaving a voicemail the day before. Please for future changes like that, send an email and/or a text message.

Customer service was great! The truck was clean, but a few things weren't working: no defrost and it was snowing; gauges said tire pressure was low but agent said that many of the warning lights were "busted". You hire great people. Now please service your fleet.
