The truck was dirty. It was sandy and muddy inside. The windshield had splashes of sticky liquid in three locations. There was an empty can, four pack drink box and partially full water bottle inside the cab. So disappointed and frustrated with this Uhaul experience.AMY W.

Again, the location was fine. I'm thankful for the owner of this location because had they not been there I would've had issues dropping off the truck. The website didn't work and I was on hold for twenty minutes then the owner showed up. A huge inconvenience.Iris O.
I showed and had to be sent elsewhere after I called I showed up at the other location- I waited an hour for the one guy operating everything to show up. He charged me insurance I didnt as for They were supposed to change the return address to the first location but they didn't and I had to go back and they also didn't add any miles to my reservation to compensate me driving out of my way again to return it Gas had less than 1/4 at pick up Guy didn't call me back for two days I had to call and ask what I owed He said j gave him $120 cash deposit not $100 so my mistake but he didn't show that on bill He said j owed $111 left and I paid that cuz it was $108 after my deposit of $120 Now I get this email saying I owe $158. Please figure this out cuz I want to be so done with thisMichael P.

Very friendly and helpful service BUT.......The truck i got had alot of problems i didnt think i was going to make it to my destination. Its wasnt shifting correctly and took me a total of 2 and a half days driving a day trip. Horrible experience with this truck and the outside of the tires were very bald no tread and it kept pulling to the left. It was a very scary drive as the truck wasnt safe to be driven.Sheila M.
