On 11/26/24 I rented U-HAUL Cargo Van from Pelham Garage Inc. The van was clean and in mint condition. There was a bit of hiccup regarding check-in, but John (owner) and U-HAUL CSRs fixed it. I found John to be DEPENDABLE and HONEST man. I definitely recommend using Pelham Garage Inc., not only U-HAUL rental, various services they offer. I also would like to thank U-HAUL CSRs for being so helpful to us. TG

Irene JThis paritcular uhaul vender is NOT to be trusted. They told me when I rented the Van for 24 hrs it would STILL be double billed. I explained how it won't. After that I IMMEDIATELY called UHAUL and explained what the vender said, she said don't worry and did NOT make a note of it as I instructed to do. then when I returned it EARLY, They LITERALLY DOUBLE BILLED ME.
