Had to go to another location that had a trailer to complete the online reservations. In this transition the blankets were not supplied and local U-Haul retail shops were out of blankets.

I arranged for a bigger truck and at the last minute they said they don't have any available! Not cool. They found me a smaller truck so we had to make more trips so it cost me more money!

There was an extremely long wait to pick up the trailer, however, that was due to one customer and the staff did the best they could in the situation. After about a 20 minute wait they finally called another staff member to help with customers but the total wait time was close to 45 minutes. I would recommend having another person available right away when someone walks in instead of waiting to avoid the line up of people.

We waited 1 1/2 hours to get a truck. The next day we rented a trailer telling the sales person that we may need to use it several days and return to another state. They said it would be fine just to let them know. When we call that evening they told us we could not take that trailer out of state and that it was due back at 6:45pm. We had rented it for a 24 hour period but because the sales person messed up we had to pay for 2 day rental for a less than 24 hour time. We had it approximately 20 hours.

I Had a very poor experience. I rent a lot of trailers and trucks but have never had to wait almost 45 minutes in line when there was only 2 people ahead of me. I had a 1:00 reservation and didn’t end up leaving until 1:45. I am not a happy customer after this experience. The staff was nice But they are greatly understaffed and there wasn’t a manager on duty to help so I called and mentioned my concerns to him which didn’t seem to bother him.

The employees at this location were nice, but they were more concerned with the customers who WERE NOT STANDING IN LINE but with customers on the phone. The employees were calling people who had reservations, but were not at the store yet. My daughter had a reservation, I prepaid for everything and she still stood in line from 10:00-12:00 and FINALLY left the parking lot at 12:10. Very very frustrating!

I waited over an hour to get my rental at 1 in the afternoon on a Sunday. I watched a half dozen confirmed renters be turned away. When I asked a question to the manager he was not helpful and uninformed. The prices are great and the equipment was clean. The brakes on the truck were dangerously poor. I think Uhaul should consider raising its late fees to renters. Reliabilty/availability of equipment is the #1 factor of its business model. Please teach your employees how to navigate your rental site so customers can move through the process faster.

Customer service representative was rude and unfriendly. I was unable to access my storage unit and when I did the storage space was smaller than advertised. Unsatisfactory service completely.

There was confusion and contention while waiting in line. The process to intaking a customer, understanding what they need, and fulfilling that need felt very manual and ancient. For example, if a customer approached the desk and said they needed something the uhaul employee would have to physically leave the desk to find another person to take care of the customers request. Why isn’t there a paging feature for the uhaul employee? Another issue is the uhaul employee pulled out what appeared to be a personal cellphone to take picture of my drivers license. This raises a lot of concern in the customer because why would they need pictures of my personal information on a phone? I don’t know who’s phone that was but they have my information. Another process issue- why would an individual who already made a reservation for a truck have to wait in the same line than someone who haven’t? Create a line for those who went through the process already and planned ahead. This would create an incentive for customers to reserve beforehand and ultimately save uhaul time in store. Ultimately, uhaul needs to invest a lot of time reviewing their current customer journey and how it can be refined for varying customer types while also asking the question, “at this point in the customer journey, what is the customer feeling?”

A little more space for cars to get by near the building entrance would be great. It gets clogged up with trucks and other cars too often.

The customer service was really slow and the process of getting the equipment and truck took about 30 minutes when we had prior reservations and arrived early. In addition to the service the team member made remarks about each other that were inappropriate and made the team as a whole seem unprofessional. I would never go back to this location or recommend it to anyone else. I sincerely hope that someone with the ability to help this location get better sees and takes effect to this review.
