The uhaul had NO A/C the whole way from LA to FL. It was so so hot and miserable the whole trip.

JOSHUA MExcellent Customer Service, very friendly and went above and beyond to make the process super easy and convenient.
MATTHEW NI dropped the uhaul truck and trailer off 1.5 days early while the location still had personnel behind the counter. I handed the gentleman the keys and asked if there was anything else I needed to do. He told me I was good to go. Fast forward 2 days, I get charged an additional $70 dollar late fee because he didn’t check my account in until Monday. I’ve had to make several communications to try and have this resolved but as of right now I was told there is a dispute case open that will be reviewed. Very disappointing because it was a great experience up until this point. The guy was friendly he just didn’t do what he needed to do which in turn cost me money and now additional effort to get it refunded. Aside from this, customer service was extremely helpful and friendly.
