Clean the truck out ahead of time. I thought there was an added fee if I return the truck dirty? I think it's rather unfair for me to pick it up with flotsam in the back and in the cab and that I'm responsible for cleaning it. Have the gas tank reader MATCH what it says on the form. Granted, it is MY responsibility to check out the truck to see if there are anything problems Before I drive away. Due to the painfully long check-in process, I was in a hurry to leave. As I drove away, I saw that the tank was BELOW what I was told to return it. Check the accuracy of the gas gauge reader. I put $25 of gas in the tank and it barely moved. I put another $25 in a, lo and behold, the needle shot practically to FULL.

The uhaul was not cleaned after the last party whom rented the truck. The rear cab was clean but not the front interior. The front windshield was dirty from bugs
