The interior of the truck had lots of pine needles, the furniture pads were not available, and the upright dolly was of minimal quality. The location had no moving materials available and I had to visit two other U-Haul locations to find the boxes I needed, wasting time and gas. The front desk hotel worker was clearly distracted by her primary duties to the hotel rather than any type of U-Haul services. The truck had only 3/8 of a tank of fuel, which was unexpected.
