A little difficulty administratively in picking up the truck but the employee at the gas station did a great job in calling the manager and getting it resolved.

The manager was not immediately available for the return and kept switching between helping me, supervising incoming shipments, and caring for all customers resulting in a simple check in taking 30 minutes
Donald KMake sure the App is working at the location. She did not have our information when U Haul changed us to that location. It took forever (over 40 minutes) to pick up the truck. Even then, we had to go to a different location to get our supplies for the truck! I was furious!!!
Linda B1. The Sunoco that was here is now out of business. This is now an Exxon. 2. It's a weird store. To get the vehicle, they had me call someone who was not there but apparently was the manager. And I had to read my credit card information to him. Seems sketchy.
