It took more than 30 minutes for the check out to be completed so I could get the truck and go to work. I had made a reservation for the truck a couple of days in advance and expected the check out to be about 10 minutes. It seemed as if the young man doing the checkout process didn't know much about how to accomplish it.

Late night pick up in the pouring rain. Didn't realize it was the wrong trailer.
Bruce SI was told when I dropped the truck off that everything was fine there were no additional charges and then the next day U-Haul charged me $25 for additional fuel. After the person at the drop off side had gone out and checked the fuel and said everything was fine.
