Again our drop off location was changed. When we got to the new drop off location they did not want to take the truck. We called U-Haul and were told to drop the keys in the drop box. Overall this was not a good experience if we need to rent another truck we will look for another company other than U-Haul.

MARTHA LI had a very disappointing experience at this rental pick-up location. The process was extremely slow — I had to wait a long time while the staff member manually entered all the information into the computer. After all that, their printer didn’t work, so he ended up taking a picture of the receipt using my phone instead. I left without a printed invoice and was just handed the key. There was absolutely no walk-through or demo of the truck — no explanation of how the lights, brakes, or any basic features work. No one was available to guide or assist me with the vehicle, which is especially concerning when renting a large truck. Overall, the service was unprofessional and lacked the minimum level of customer support I expected.
MUHAMMAD SIt was nice that there were so many UHaul signs since it's a gas station as well, made it easier to find
