We were changed to this location the day before pickup by U-Haul because of truck availability. When we arrived to pick up our truck, the location was closed and mobile pick up was not an option. We waited over an hour to get help getting into the truck. And the dolly we paid for in advance was not in the truck.

The location was closed when I dropped off the equipment.
Omolara NI had a misunderstanding with how to pick up my reserved truck, but Jewel was able to assist me to make the process much easier! She was very pleasant and incredibly patient. She consulted with her coworkers to help with this process and ensure I had all the information I needed/ requested. If I were to use this service again, I would request Jewel's assistance again!
