The internet was down and the people WERE NOT ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE to help them help me return the rental I used. also, you need to get all the u haul locations networked so that people can return equipment at different locations WITHOUT being penalized, and so the personnel can look up renters information. This part of your service is EXTREMELY BAD.

When we got to Ace hardware in Buhl, the truck was there but they did not have the other items we had ordered. 1 appliance hand truck, and a dozen moving blankets.
