Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisi did all the pictures on the app then i got in the car and noticed the brake release was messed up. i couldnt figure out how to send in a picture of that after. i called and they said they would send a link and i never got the link. it all worked out in the end anyways i returned it with no problems.
Berend LUhaul addeda fuel service charge along with Fuel cost. I put in more fuel than I used so I dispute this and want a credit for these 2 additional charges.
Stanley HThe cost ends up being almost the same as hiring movers outside, so there’s really no difference. It’s also a lot of hassle and only useful for very short moves from one nearby street to another. On top of that, extra charges were added for no clear reason and money was taken unexpectedly.
mahsa pam very disappointed with my recent experience at U-Haul. I am giving one star mainly because of the extremely poor customer service at the front desk. The staff’s attitude and way of speaking were unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of being helpful, they were impatient and dismissive, which made the entire rental process unpleasant. Moving is already stressful, and customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards.
