Was easy to pick up trailer and return. Equipment was excellent condition. Would definitely rent from this location again. Great Staff.

The ratcheting tire tie downs could have used some lubricant. They are out in the weather and get rain and possibly dirt on them during normal use, so they would work better if lubed. But overall I was very pleased with the car trailer I rented. It towed easy and was very well built.

ANASTASIA GU-hail app GPS Services could not locate the area in order to pick up the truck and I had to call and wait on hold for over 20 minutes to get someone to assist me. Unfortunately I forget the rep's name that assisted me but she was very friendly and helpful.
