Robert PThe pick-up was fine but scheduling was a nightmare. Was sent to the wrong U-Haul , got new address to go to another was adead end with a locked fence, had to call and go get it at another location , was on a schedule and it ruined it because of your scheduling . Ruined my vacation with lack of professionalism . I want a refund !! Very disappointed in the whole situation . Only part about it was the guy at Joys food mart helping me !!
