pick up location was horrible, no locator of where to go once in the hotel parking lot, the guy at the front end was so rude to me, didn't explain details, and actually through my credit card back at me and told me to leave,,, of course i didn't as I needed the truck to move, if you ever re-route me to this location again I will never use uhaul again.

James OYou can have much better instructions on where to leave the truck and where/who to return the keys to. The U-Haul app said return to "GP Auto" There is no GP Auto at the address specified. Rather, you have to go inside the hotel at the reception desk, ( there is nobody from U-Haul or GP auto on site), and ask the receptionist if it's ok to leave the keys there.
